Optoma ZU820T laser projector with WUXGA resolution has been unveiled. The company describes this Optoma projector as a mid-range product for professional use. The new Optoma laser projector uses a laser light source, with a peak brightness of 8,800 lumens.
Optoma has announced a new laser projector as part of its DuraCore laser ProScene range, the ZU820T. This mid-range WUXGA projector has a contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1 and a throw ratio of 1.25 to 2.1, capable of projecting images from 60 to 200 inches wide (~152 to 508cm). It is designed for professional use and is in line with the ZU920TST device.
The Optoma ZU820T feature many similar features to their predecessors, such as color accuracy and 4K and HDR compatibility. It is also bright, with a laser light source that lasts up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode. It has a brightness of up to 8,800 lumens. Other features of the Optoma laser projector include fully motorized 1.6X zoom, focus, and lens shift. Plus, you can perfect the image with edge blending, warp, four-corner correction, and horizontal and vertical keystone correction tools.
You can connect peripherals to the gadget via HDMI, HDBaseT, VGA, and audio ports. The Optoma projector has two built-in 10W speakers and can operate quietly, with an average noise level of 34 dB. The device measure 19.13 x 17.03 x 6.93 inches (~486 x 433 x 176 mm) and weigh approximately 30.9 pounds (~14.0 kg).
