Ahead of the Oppo R15 launch, the company has shared new two new commercial videos and photos of the smartphone. Now its confirmed that the device will have a 6.28-inch FullView AMOLED Super-V display with 19:9 ratio with 1.78mm narrow frame and 90% screen-to-body ratio.
Oppo has listed the R15 on its official website. This may hint at the possible color variants of the smartphone as well – Red, Blue, White and Mirror Red colors. According to a loose translation of the listing page (in Chinese), there will be limited stock available for sale. Only the 6GB RAM / 128GB inbuilt storage variant will be sold. No price has been listed yet, the device will go official sometime later this month.
Just to recap, the Oppo R15 is a dual-SIM smartphone that runs Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.0. The smartphone sports a 6.28-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) Super-V AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, coupled with 6GB of RAM.
In the camera department, the R15 comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup that has a 16-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. There are a 20-megapixel selfie and shooter and has an inbuilt storage of 128GB. There is also a 3365mAh battery with VOOC Flash Charging under the hood.
