Oppo F1 India Launch confirmed today on 28 January, Oppo has quietly launched the new Camera centric smartphone in its latest F-series smartphone line, along with Oppo also announced an upgraded variant of this device called Oppo F1 Plus will soon launch in India in April with a price tag of Rs. 26,990. Oppo F1 price in India is set to Rs. 15,990 and will be available to purchase from February via various online stores.
The Oppo F1 phone sports a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution that can deliver a high pixel density of 294ppi. The handset sports an aluminium body along with 2.5D curved screen and Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core processor that’s fueled by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 chipset with Adreno 405 GPU. The device packs in 3GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128GB with the help of microSD card slot.
As for more Oppo F1 Specs, the handset flaunts a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF Phase detection and single LED flash. It shoots Full HD 1080p videos. There is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, Beautify 3.0 along with a flash screen to capture bright selfies and high quality video calling. The handset also equipped with a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and digital compass.
The handset runs on ColorOS 2.1 interface based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It packs a 2500mAh battery can also supports VOOC flash charging technology for fast charge. The handset is 7.25 mm thick and weighs 135 grams. It has a dual SIM card slot on board along with 4G LTE connectivity, apart from 4G includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio connectivity options.
The Oppo F1 Plus, on the other hand, the company only mentioned that its an upgraded variant with larger 5.5-inch screen; bigger RAM of 4GB; and 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor. While upgrading camera, including a 13-megapixel primary camera with f/2.2 aperture with LED flash. It also supports Dual-SIM with 4G LTE connectivity.
