OnePlus 6 Gets OxygenOS 9.0.2 Update, Brings Nightscape Mode, Studio Lighting Feature

The OxygenOS 9.0.2 update brings Nightscape mode, Studio Lightning feature to the camera and also introduced new navigation gestures, and also brings along November security patch as well.

The update size of OxygenOS 9.0.2 for OnePlus 6 users is at 364MB, and the changelog states that it brings the Nightscape mode and Studio Lighting. The Nightscape mode is specifically designed to help users capture low-light shots with improved clarity, less noise, and more accurate color reproduction as well as a better dynamic range than what was available through the default camera app previously. In contrast, the Studio Lighting mode is aimed to recognize faces and adjust the lighting accordingly.

New OxygenOS 9.0.2 update includes new navigation gestures that were originally designed for the OnePlus 6T. There is also an improved interface for the About phone section as well as optimized standby power consumption. All OnePlus 6 users should have the new update already, and if you haven’t received a notification, checking in the Settings menu manually is recommended.
