Olympus OM-D E-M10 MARK II with 5-axis image stabilization and new control system Launched at $649

Olympus Imaging has officially unveiled the new OM-D E-M10 MARK II mirrorless camera, is an upgraded version of the E-M10 was launched two years ago. The main changes have to mention in this update is a 5-axis image stabilization system and a completely new buttons.Olympus-OM-D-E-M10-MARK-IIThe appearance of the Olympus OM-D E-M10 MARK II slightly changed with a metal dials, along with the leather textures of the grip. The body has seen a slight redesign over its Olympus E M10 Cameras and some controls have been re-arranged. A rotating wheel on E-M10 MARK II were pushed to the right, while the EVF electronic viewfinder and flip LCD screen remains same as its predecessor. Regarding image processing capabilities, Olympus E-M10 MARK II has equipped with a 16-Megapixel Live MOS sensor and TruePic VII image processor. Recent E-M10 MARK I only had a 3-axis image stabilization while the MARK II version has a 5-axis image stabilization technology from E-M1 and E-M5 MARK II.Olympus-E-M10-MARK-II

The Olympus E-M10 MARK II features a 81 point AF system and continuous autofocus speed up to 8.0fps, 0.5fps faster than previous versions. On the video recording capabilities, the camera can record Full-HD 1080p video at 30fps combined with Stabilization. On the E-M 10 MARK II, Olympus has added 4K Time-lapse video recording capabilities with the ability to capture up to 999 images and full composite video to share on social networks such as Youtube. The camera will then combine the images into a stunning, high-resolution, 4K file, all in-camera, without the need for additional software.

It has high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity to transfer files from computer and mobile device. Olympus will sell the E-M10 MARK II for $649 – Body only and $799 with 14-42mm EZ Lens. In addition, Olympus will also sell additional accessories such as ECG-3 Grip and CSS-S119L leather cord in the next month.
