Nvidia announced GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB GDDR5 RAM and 1280 CUDA cores

After several leaks, Nvidia has officially unveiled mid-range graphic card based on Pascal architecture – GeForce GTX 1060, on Thursday. True to the recently leaked information, the current GPU will have a Boost clock speed of up to 1.7 GHz, 1280 CUDA cores, 192-bit 6GB GDDR5, and the pricing will be starting from $249. Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060

Like the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080, Nvidia will also sell GTX 1060 Founders Edition version for $ 299, and will be available worldwide from partner companies including Asus, MSI, Gigabyte and Zotac on 19th July. It will be available only in France, Germany and the UK, directly through Nvidia’s online store.
