Nioh 2: New Gameplay Trailer arrives from the Closed Alpha for PS4

Nioh 2 returns to show itself with a new video almost a year after its last appearance was announced during E3 2018. On that occasion, a short teaser was released, while now the PlayStation Europe YouTube channel allows us to take a closer look at some stages of gameplay.

The video comes from the Closed Alpha version that will be made available to selected users (the criterion chosen is not clear) from tomorrow on May 24th to end on June 2nd. Team Ninja has confirmed with a tweet that it does not intend to extend access to this test phase to a greater number of participants besides those chosen, in order to be able to manage the feedback in the best possible way, however it does not exclude that in the future there may be news under this front.

All users waiting to try the next chapter of the Nioh series can still console themselves with the video below, in which it is possible to appreciate some combat phases taken directly from the game build. At first glance, it seems that the atmosphere of the original has remained unchanged, but there is no lack of news. We recall that the game should be distributed by Sony Interactive Entertainment in the West (by Koei Tecmo in Japan), so it is likely that even on this tour it will be an exclusive PlayStation 4 console, while it is possible to hypothesize a PC landing in a second time, as happened with the first chapter.

Should the trailer not be enough, we also offer other video containing over 2 hours of gameplay shared by the Russian YouTube channel DIOMED #BRO. Good vision!
