After the announcement of the Super Famicom Classic Mini, and now we’re confident that new Nintendo announcements will make the joy of many gamers. Nintendo has unveiled the new SNES-themed 3DS XL Super Nintendo Entertainment System Edition, a limited version of the popular SNES style portable console.
The entire exterior design of the console perfectly resembles the popular 16-bit Nintendo platform, which was released in 1990 in Japan and two years later also in Europe. Internally, the A, B, X, and Y buttons feature the same colors as the original SNES controllers, and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System logo on the back of the handheld console is inevitable.
The special version of the New 3DS XL will arrive in Europe on October 13, as confirmed by Nintendo’s Europe Twitter handle.

In order to stay on the backdrop, Nintendo has officially announced that the highly anticipated SNES Classic Mini release date on September 29 – will include an exclusive Rewind feature for all games in the console. The feature that lets gamers rewind their gameplay to retry tricky sections. In RPG title like Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, players can go back a few minutes in role-playing games. While action games like Super Mario World, players can rewind the game around 40 seconds.
