Fujifilm has announced the release of a new compact laser projector with a swiveling lens. The particular conformation of the product allows rotating the block that houses the objective on two axes. In this way, greater versatility is achieved during installation.
The versatility of the Fujifilm projector is also favored by two other characteristics. The device can be placed both horizontally and vertically. It has an ultra-short throw lens and requires a distance of 75 centimeters from the screen to project a 100-inch image.
Fujifilm emphasizes the ability to view videos on screens, walls and even on the ceiling or floor, without having to move the product. The new Fujifilm projector will be a perfect choice for large-scale digital signage or spatial design projection and for image projection on ceiling or floor to make effective use of available space.
The optical unit was made with Fujinon lenses. Unfortunately, no more details have been provided by the manufacturer. It is known only that the light source is Laser. The arrival is scheduled for 2019.
