Dell is not only active as a manufacturer of PCs and laptops but also supplies professional customers with a whole range of IT products. The company has now made available two new Dell Touch Monitor models for conferences and lectures.

Both the C6522QT and the C5522QT offer 4K resolution and come with an IPS touch panel. Dell is promoting the exclusive screen drop function in particular: With this, the display can be cropped in height at the software level with an input – this means that people of different sizes or wheelchair users can easily work on the device.

According to the manufacturer, the dell touch screen computer monitor supports the registration of up to 20 touch inputs at the same time, which means that several users can work on slides or files at the same time. The input can be done with the finger as well as with a stylus, annotations can be deleted using palm.

20-watt loudspeakers are integrated, which means that spontaneous meetings in rooms that are not intended and prepared for this purpose should also be easy to implement. Connected devices such as laptops or smartphones are charged with up to 90 watts via USB Type C, an OptiPlex Micro PC can optionally be built into the display. The display should also be able to be serviced remotely.
