Apple has launched the new AirPods 4, its latest true wireless earbuds, alongside the Watch Series 10. These earbuds come in two versions and are designed to leverage artificial intelligence for enhanced performance. Depending on the model, active noise reduction is available, and you can interact with the device using head movements.
Apple designed the new AirPods 4 for an exceptionally comfortable fit. The manufacturer says it analyzed countless ears for their shape. Unsurprisingly, the manufacturer also emphasized the AI support. The built-in H2 chip filters out background noise during phone calls. The AirPods 4th are also available in another model variant, namely with active noise cancellation.
The AirPods 4 case introduces two new features. First, it now includes a speaker to help locate the case more easily with the Find My app. Second, it supports wireless charging using the Qi standard, allowing for convenient charging on a pad. Additionally, the case can be charged via USB Type-C. The battery life is expected to last up to 40 hours. It should at least make it possible to have short conversations with the headphones in your ears – although this does not necessarily have to be socially acceptable. A corresponding transparency mode is also available.
You can control the new AirPods 4 not only with the buttons or force sensors but also with your voice and head movements. For instance, you can respond to Siri requests by nodding or shaking your head.
Voice Isolation enhances call quality in noisy environments. By employing advanced computational audio technology, it minimizes background noise and focuses on clarifying your voice for the person on the other end of the call.

The Apple AirPods 4 is available for pre-order on Amazon for $129. And the version with noise cancellation for $179. AirPods 4th gen release date is on September 20th.
