A new MSI gaming monitor in the market called Optix MAG321QR. It measures 31.5 inches diagonally and uses an IPS panel with WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels) with a maximum refresh rate of 165 Hz.
The contrast ratio is 1200: 1, the color depth is 10 bits and the brightness is up to 400 cd/m². For the response time, there is only an MPRT (“Moving Picture Response Time”) of 1 ms, 4ms GTG, and 8ms TR + TF.
The DisplayHDR-400-certified HDR monitor covers the sRGB color space to 127.1 percent and the DCI-P3 color space to 93 percent. G-Sync-compatible Adaptive Sync ensures tearing-free gaming fun. Thanks to Mystic Light, dynamic lighting effects are also possible.
On the interface side, DisplayPort 1.2a, HDMI 2.0b (max.WQHD at 144 Hz ), USB-A 2.0, USB-B 3.2, a headphone output, and USB-C 2.0 with DisplayPort alternate mode and 15-watt power delivery are available. KVM switch functionality is also advertised so that two end devices can be operated with the same mouse-keyboard combo.
With rotation, inclination, height adjustment, VESA recording (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free background lighting, almost no ergonomic wishes remain unfulfilled. The MSI Optix MAG321QR WQHD monitor weighs 8.23 kg and has a power consumption of 32 watts.
