MSI continues to expand its range of eSports gaming-grade monitors with the Optix MAG274R2, designed for esports athletes. The new MSI gaming monitor has a 27-inch IPS panel of a classic flat shape with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD).
The Full HD monitor has a response time of 1 ms and a refresh rate of 165 Hz. NVIDIA G-Sync technology eliminates screen tearing for smoother gameplay.
The brightness is 300 cd/m2, typical parameters and dynamic contrast ratio is 1000: 1 and 100 million: 1. The horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach 178 degrees. It claims 94 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and 132 percent coverage of the sRGB space.
Gaining an advantage over rivals in virtual space will help the “Night Vision” function, which improves the detail of dark scenes. At the same time, Anti-Flicker and Less Blue Light systems will reduce eye strain during prolonged battles.
The MSI gaming monitor is equipped with a balanced USB Type-C port, DisplayPort 1.2a, and HDMI 2.0b interfaces, a USB 2.0 hub, and a standard headphone jack. The stand provides a full range of adjustments, including conversion from landscape to portrait.
