MSI Crosshair 15 and 17 with RTX 3060 and RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPUs

With the MSI Crosshair 15 and Crosshair 17 laptops for gaming, the Taiwanese manufacturer is specifically aimed at gamers and accordingly has the latest GeForce RTX 3060 laptop, and RTX 3050 Ti laptop graphics cards, 11th generation Intel processors, and 144 Hz panel is also used on the display.

MSI released another new gaming notebook, the Crosshair. This will be available either with a 15 or 17-inch FHD display with 144 Hz. The 15- and 17-inch versions hardly differ from each other in terms of their specifications. There is only a budget version of the MSI Crosshair 17 with an Intel Core i5-11400H, RTX 3050, and 8 GB of RAM, which is not available in the 15-inch model. With the latter, it is possible in return to get a variant with a 1 TB SSD.

Otherwise, you always get an Intel Core i7-11800H with both MSI laptop gaming devices, with either an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050, 3050 Ti, or a 3060 as well as up to 16 GB of RAM. Apart from the exception mentioned above, customers always receive a 512 GB NVME SSD for internal storage.

In terms of connectivity, there is a USB Type C port, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI output, an audio jack, and a LAN port on the sides. This means that the device has a rudimentary configuration that should be sufficient in most everyday situations. The battery has a 53 Whr capacity.

In summary, at first glance, the Crosshair 15 is relatively ordinary laptops for gaming that are sure to find one or the other customer in their price segment. However, a big revolution should not be expected here.
