MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max WiFi and B450M Bazooka Max WiFi Motherboards For Gaming PCs

MSI introduced two new models of the B450 Max series of MSI motherboards: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max WiFi and MSI B450M Bazooka Max WiFi. According to the manufacturer, they are optimized for third-generation AMD Ryzen processors.

MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max WiFi

A detailed description of the B450M Bazooka Max WiFi model is not yet available in the MSI catalog, but the manufacturer claims that it is characterized by a “very favorable price/performance ratio”. This is the first MSI motherboard of this class, made in the micro-ATX form factor and equipped with a built-in Wi-Fi module.

The B450M Bazooka Max WiFi motherboard to offer a Wi-Fi solution onboard, a 32MB BIOS ROM for AMD 3rd Gen Ryzen processors with Click BIOS 5. In addition, Turbo M.2, USB 3.2 Gen1, and Audio Boost allow gamers to have studio grade sound quality for the best gaming experience. The additional RGB pin headers including two JRGB and two JRAINBOW connectors also make gamers easily decorate system with RGB and RAINBOW strips.

As for the MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max WiFi, it is made in ATX size and has two PCIe x16 slots and three PCIe x1 slots, four memory slots, and two M.2 slots with heatsinks for SSD. It is also possible to connect drives to six SATA 6 Gb/s ports.

In the MSI B450 Pro Carbon Max WiFi, you can select two USB 3.2 Gen2 ports (Type-A and Type-C ports), four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports (Type-A ports), wired and wireless network connections, and Audio Boost 4 audio subsystem using the Realtek ALC1220 codec, which has optical S / PDIF interface. To connect monitors there is one HDMI output and DisplayPort. The board supports the Mystic Light backlight control system.

Last week, MSI has introduced the release of new motherboards based on the Intel 400 series logic chipset. The flagship MEG series includes the MEG Z490 Godlike and MEG Z490 Ace models. These boards are designed for 10th generation Intel Core processors installed in the LGA 1200 socket.
