Other features of the new 4K HDR high refresh rate monitor include a 0.03 ms response time (gray to gray), 10-bit color depth, a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1 and a brightness of 250 cd/m² (SDR, 100 percent APL), 450 cd/m² ( HDR, 10 percent APL) or 1,000 cd/m² (HDR, 3 percent APL). Regarding color space coverage, MSI says it covers 138 percent sRGB, 99 percent DCI-P3, and 98 percent Adobe RGB. In addition to Adaptive-Sync technology, DisplayHDR True Black 400 is also included.

The 31.5-inch model has two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 2.1, a USB 3.2 hub (the 321URX only has USB 2.0), a headphone output, USB-C with DisplayPort alternate mode, and 98 (instead of 90) watts PD. There is also a KVM switch and picture-in-picture or picture-by-picture modes. Regarding ergonomics, there is hardly anything left to be desired thanks to tilt, rotation, height adjustment (110 mm), pivot, and a VESA mount (100 x 100 mm).

The HDR 10 4K monitor has G-Sync compatible Adaptive Sync, a fanless custom heatsink, and a three-year warranty, including burn-in coverage. OLED Care 2.0 is also back in action, meaning various measures to prevent burn-in effects. It lists ClearMR 13 000 and gaming features such as AI Vision and AI Crosshair, as well as the ability to switch immediately to a 24.5 or 27-inch image if required.
