Lenovo is all set to launch two new smartphones in China today on Tuesday, widely expected to be the Moto M. The company also anticipates to launch a Lenovo P2. Now, just hours ahead of the launch, whereas the Motorola Moto M XT1662 phone has been listed on major Chinese online retailers. The Moto M price in China is about 1,999 Yuan – approximately $294 USD. The smartphone will be sold on 11th November in China.
Coming to Motorola Moto M specs, the handset comes with a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display alongside Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), that can translate a pixel density of 401ppi, 3.26mm narrow edges and 73.64 percent screen-to-body-ratio. The Moto M Phone sports a full metal unibody design with antenna bands running on the top and bottom edges. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor which supported by 64-bit MediaTek Helio P15 chipset uses TSMC 28nm HPC + process, but MediaTek said Helio P15 overall performance has been increased by up to 10 percent, and power consumption performance is further optimized when compared to Helio P10 processor.
The Moto M XT1662 flaunts a 16-megapixel primary autofocus camera with optical image stabilization, and LED flash. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens to capture self portraits and quality video calling. The device packs a 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded with the help of microSD card (unspecified storage). The Moto M also comes equipped with fingerprint sensor to unlock the device quickly, user can also capture photographs or make payment as well. The Moto M XT1662 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and packs a 3050mAh battery with fast charging technology. It supports dual SIM card slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options. It measures 151x75x8mm and weighs 163 grams.
