Motorola Moto E3 or Moto E3 2016 has been quietly launched in the UK on 14th July. It is the latest affordable 4G-enabled smartphone from the company in the E series, it is an upgraded variant of the popular budget Motorola E smartphone was first announced in 2014. The Motorola Moto E3 price in UK is set to GBP 99 – approximately $131 USD or INR 8,800 and It will go up for sale via online stores starting from September.
The Moto E3 2016 features a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display with HD (720×1280 pixels) resolution, along with 16M pixels that can deliver a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a quad-core processor, whereas the company has not declared the SoC, GPU, the capacity of RAM and storage.
On the camera front, the Motorola Moto E 3 Gen flaunts an 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with LED flash and there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chatting. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and packs a 2800mAh battery under the hood that can be last for a day with moderate usage.
For connectivity, it supports a dual SIM card slot along with 4G LTE connectivity, apart from 4G includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, USB OTG, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio connectivity options. It is 8 mm thick and weighs around 140 grams.
Last month, the company has announced Moto G4 has been priced at $199.99 for 16GB storage and $229.99 for 32GB storage, while the Moto G4 Plus priced at $249.99 for 16GB storage and $299.99 for 64GB storage.
Both devices are now up for pre-order in US via BHphoto store and any customer who pre-order Moto G4 or Moto G4 Plus will get a B&H Gift Card worth $50. The Gift Card will be added to a customer’s account when item available and the device will ship by July 12, 2016.
