Along with the Moto Edge 30 Neo, Motorola introduced the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra with a 144 Hz display, a 125-watt charger, and a 200 MP triple camera, the device offers first-class equipment.
The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is the world’s first 200-megapixel camera phone, which is based on a Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor in 1/1.22 inch format. The camera is combined with a lens with an aperture of f/1.9 and optical image stabilization. 16-in-1 pixel binning is used as standard so that space-saving photos are saved with a resolution of 12.5 MP. Motorola also installs a 50 MP f/2.2 ultra wide-angle camera, a 12 MP f/2.6 telephoto camera with a double zoom factor, and a 60 MP selfie camera.
Videos can be recorded in 8K resolution at up to 30 frames per second, and 4K slow motion is possible at up to 120 fps. The rest of the equipment is also impressive because Motorola has installed a 6.7-inch, 144 Hz pOLED display with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and a 4,610 mAh battery that can be powered via USB-C with up to 125 watts can be charged – a full charge takes only 22 minutes. Wireless charging is possible with up to 50 watts, and reverse wireless charging with at least 10 watts.
With the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, the Edge 30 Ultra offers performance on par with other current flagships. The fingerprint sensor is integrated directly into the display. The smartphone comes with Android 12, Motorola promises three major Android updates and four years of security patches. However, Motorola saves a little on the case, because it is not waterproof, but only protected against splash water.
