Moto X 2016 will have two versions with a Module dock Design

The evleaks has revealed that this year’s Moto X 2016 will also have two variants similar to the Moto X Style and Moto X Play last year. In which the high-end version named “Vector Thin”, it will feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution that is rated to deliver a higher pixel density of 535ppi, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz, paired with Adreno 530 GPU and 3GB or 4GB RAM options and 32GB of internal storage. There is a 16-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus and PDAF.

Meanwhile, the lower version called “Vertex” will feature use 5.5-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD (1920 x 1080) resolution that is rated to deliver a pixel density of 401ppi, is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 2.4 GHz, clubbed with Adreno 506 GPU and 2GB or 3GB RAM along with 16GB/32GB of native storage, 13-megapixel laser autofocus rear camera with optical image stabilization. Notably, Vector Thin is a strong contender, but comes with 2600mah battery and only 5.2mm thick body, while Vertex will own a 3500mAh battery and 7mm slim.
Both Motorola smartphones will have 16 holes on the back, which is actually used as the dock connector, is not clear what the effect it, but probably Motorola aims to expand his accessory modules called “Amps,” along with third-party modules including stereo speakers; a battery pack; a camera grip with flash and optical zoom; a pico projector; and a rugged cover with wide angle lens attachment quite similar to LG G5 and Friends. Apart from Moto X 2016, Motorola will be launching the next generation of its popular Moto G series of smartphones, which is anticipated to be called the Moto G (Gen 4) or Moto G4. It will feature 2GB/3GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB of internal storage, and a 13MP/16MP rear camera with laser autofocus and supports NFC connectivity.
