Asus BE24ECSNK Video conferencing monitor with USB-C docking station

The Taiwan-based manufacturer Asus has released a new monitor with webcam called BE24ECSNK for video conferencing – a sister model of the ASUS BE27ACSBK (approx. £590 on Amazon). The 23.8-inch monitor with cameras monitor has an IPS panel with Full HD resolution (1920×1080 pixels) at 60 Hz, a 1200:1 contrast, 5 ms response time (grey to gray), 8-bit color depth, and 350 cd/m² typical brightness.

Thanks to the Full HD webcam (which can be rotated 315 degrees and tilted 10 degrees), a microphone array with AI-supported noise cancellation, and two internal speakers (Asus states 1.2 watts, 2 watts per unit), nothing stands in the way of professional video conferences.

The range of interfaces leaves nothing to be desired with HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2 (input and output), a USB 3.2 hub (Gen 1), a headphone output, USB-C with DisplayPort alternate mode, and an 80-watt power supply. On top of that, there’s daisy chaining and docking station functionality including RJ-45.

The new monitor with cameras does not make any compromises on the ergonomic side either, as tilt, rotation, height adjustment, pivot, VESA mount (100 x 100 mm), blue light filtering, and flicker-free background lighting are available.

The power consumption of the Asus BE24ECSNK is less than 17.7 watts and the weight without the stand is 4.3 kg.

Price and availability

The recommended retail price of the Asus BE24ECSNK business monitor with USB C docking station is $279, and it can be purchased via the Bhphotovideo.com and Amazon.com online e-shops.
