MSI has announced the Pro DP21 12M small form factor mini computer PC designed for business use. The mini desktop PC is based on the Intel Alder Lake hardware platform.
MSI mini PC is enclosed in a case with dimensions of 204 × 208 × 54.8 mm, and the volume is only 2.3 liters. The maximum configuration includes the Core i7-12700 processor, which contains 12 cores, including eight performance and four energy efficient. It is possible to execute up to 20 instruction streams simultaneously. The clock frequency reaches 4.9 GHz. The chip includes an Intel UHD 770 graphics accelerator.
The mini computer PC can carry up to 64 GB of DDR4-2666/3200 RAM. You can install an M.2 PCIe/SATA solid-state module and a 2.5″ drive. The small PC includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless adapters, as well as a Realtek RTL8111H Ethernet network controller.
The front panel has four USB 2.0 Type-A ports, and headphone and microphone jacks. At the back are HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 interfaces, a serial port, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A connectors, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, and an RJ45 jack for a network cable, audio jacks. The operating system used is Windows 11 Home.
