Meizu U10 and U20 Budget 4G LTE Smartphones Launched in China

Meizu China on Wednesday unveiled two new 4G LTE smartphones, the U10 and U20, in China. Both the Meizu Phones are now listed on the company’s blog with specifications and pricing details. The Meizu U10 16GB / 32GB model has been priced at CNY 999 – approximately $150, CNY 1199 – approximately $180 USD respectively. While the Meizu U20 16GB / 32GB model has been priced at CNY 1099 – approximately $164, CNY 1299 – approximately $195 USD respectively.  Meizu U10

Meizu U10 features a 5-inch IPS LCD display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution and it is powered by 64-bit octa-core processor. As mentioned above, it comes with two variants such as 2GB of RAM with 16GB of native storage and 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, it flaunts a 13-megapixel primary autofocus camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF phase focusing and real tone LED flash. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

The dual-SIM U10 runs YunOS and also supports mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor that is embedded in the front Home button. It packs in a 2760mAh battery under the hood.   Meizu U20
The Meizu U10 will be available via Meizu Store starting from September 18th, 2016 and On September 19th via the Meizu Mall, Jingdong Mall, Lynx Official Flagship Store, Tesco and other offline stores in China.

Meizu U20 on the other hand, the device features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and it is powered by 64-bit octa-core processor. It is also available in two variants such as 2GB of RAM with 16GB of native storage and 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage.

The U20 also shares the same camera features as U10 including a 13-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It also runs YunOS and mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor placed in to Home button. But it packs slightly higher 3260mAh battery when compared to U10.

The Meizu U20 will be available via Meizu Store starting from August 28th and On August 29th, 2016 via the Meizu Mall, Jingdong Mall, Lynx Official Flagship Store, Tesco and other offline stores in China.
