Logitech has recently expanded its product portfolio dedicated to PC gaming, announcing the new G513 Mechanical Keyboard and the G560 Speaker set, the latter equipped with LED lights able to recreate a unique atmosphere of light and sound.
Logitech G560 Speaker
The new G560 speaker made by Logitech is equipped with four RGB LED lighting zones and can reproduce about 16.8 million colors, thanks to the proprietary Lightsync technology, synchronize with what is displayed on the screen or with the reproduction of a piece of music.
The projection of lights and colors on the desk or on a wall increases the user’s involvement, adapting perfectly to the video game environment.
As for the audio component, the Logitech G560 is made up of a 2.1 system capable of delivering 240 Watts of peak power and 120 Watts of RMS. For the most demanding players, DTS:X Ultra technology is not lacking to simulate the surround sound, despite the presence of only two speakers.
To accompany the two speakers also a subwoofer able to behave very well with the lower tones, able to interface with four other devices. Music can be played via USB, 3.5 mm jack or Bluetooth connectivity.
Logitech G513 Mechanical Keyboard
G513 is a new mechanical gaming keyboard from Logitech, also compatible with Lightsync technology. A product with a compact design, designed to guarantee high gaming performance and numerous customizations. The keys are able to respond with a speed of more than 25 percent compared to other competing keyboards, while the Romer-G mechanical switch manages to be softer and more fluid in typing when compared to Cherry MX.
The body is made entirely of 5052 anodized and brushed aluminum, there is also numeric keypad and USB pass-through port which is very useful to connect a mouse or to recharge a device without having to occupy other ports of the computer. All keys are backlit and there’s also a wrist-rest that’s made of high-quality memory foam and wrapped in a premium leatherette.
Price and Availability
The Logitech G513 gaming keyboard will arrive in April in Carbon color, while the Silver color variant will be marketed only in selected countries, at a price of $149.99. It is now listed on Amazon with “Temporarily out of stock” tagline.
The Logitech G560 speaker is now available to pre-order on Amazon with a price tag of $199.99 and it will be released on March 29, 2018.
