Logitech For Creators introduces Blue Sona dynamic XLR broadcast microphone and Litra Beam streaming light

Logitech announced some new exciting products for streamers and gamers at the Logi-Play keynote in Berlin. In addition to the new G Cloud gaming handheld console (approx. $300 on Amazon), the manufacturer presented the Blue Sona active XLR microphone for streaming with a dynamic double-diaphragm capsule and integrated preamplifier, as well as the premium LED streaming light, Litra Beam.

Logitech Blue Sona

The Logitech Blue Sona is a 615-gram active dynamic XLR mic for streamers and creators with “ClearAmp” technology. With the Blue Sona, Logitech For Creators announces a professional best streaming microphone among the Blue microphones that combines innovative technology with practical design for professional streaming and podcasts. The new Blue Sona integrates a preamp with up to +25 dB, which makes an additional microphone amplifier superfluous.

The features of the new steam streaming microphone also include a dynamic double-diaphragm capsule (40 Hz to 18 kHz) and a special supercardioid characteristic, thanks to which the mic can be precisely aligned to the voice of the creators. At the same time, thanks to the built-in shock absorber, ambient noise such as unwanted vibrations or key clicks are suppressed. The Blue Sona’s fixture set is supplemented by a bracket that can be swiveled by 290 degrees, which allows the microphone to be freely positioned in the streaming area.

An XLR connector allows seamless connection to audio interfaces and external mixers for fine-tuning the sound. Sleek and versatile, the Blue Sona is available in graphite and off-white, with interchangeable red and graphite front lenses for a camera-ready look.

Logitech Litra Beam

With the Litra Beam, Logitech for Creators presents a powerful premium LED streaming light with “TrueSoft” technology, which ensures natural skin tones and can be quickly set up for high-quality lighting effects. With the Litra Beam, creative people can control and change the impact of their content through lighting effects.

The innovative Beam design, with a three-way adjustable stand with height, tilt and swivel functions, offers great flexibility in the right positioning to shape and direct the incoming light. Creators can easily create the mood lighting they want by incorporating one or more Litra Beam models into their setup.

Before or during their stream, creators can fine-tune their lighting with Litra Beam. The buttons on the back of the streaming light allow five different brightness and color temperature settings. For a step-less adjustment in the range from 2700K to 6500K, it is sufficient to keep the keys pressed for a correspondingly long time.

For even more flexibility and convenience, the Logitech G Hub Desktop App is available, which can be used to manage Litra Beam with just a few mouse clicks.
