LG Electronics introduced its new X-series smartphone, the X4 Plus in South Korea. Priced at SKW 300,000 – approximately US$280, and the new LG X4 Plus will be available to buy via all three major carriers in the country.
One of the biggest highlights of the LG X4+ comes with the Military Standard (MIL-STD 810G). It is certified in six categories such as impact, vibration, high temperature, low temperature, thermal shock, and humidity.
For specifications, the LG X4 Plus features a 5.3-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS Display with a pixel density of 277ppi. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. It comes with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, with the option to expand further with the help of a microSD card (up to 2TB).
LG X4+ comes with aluminum back cover and also supports LG Pay service in South Korea. For the camera, the X4+ sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfie and video calling. The device also runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box and will be available in morocane blue and lavender violet colors.
For connectivity, the LG X4 Plus has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type B and NFC. It packs 3000mAh battery, weighs 172.3 grams, and measures 148.6 x 75.1 x 8.6mm.
