LG UltraFine 5K Display 2019 With Thunderbolt 3 and USB Type-C support

LG has just released a new version of the UltraFine 5K Display model with 27MD5KL code. Unlike the recent UltraFine 4K display version, UltraFine 5K 2019 only upgraded the charging capacity of Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port to 94W to easily meet the charging needs of devices such as MacBook Pro 15, iPad Pro 2018. The addition of a Thunderbolt 3 port is not implemented by LG in this new version.

Anyway, LG UltraFine 5K is still an ideal display monitor for Mac users when it has a 27-inch IPS panel with a 500 nits brightness, compatible with the DCI-P3 color range. The display resolution is 5,120 x 2,880 pixels with a pixel density of 218ppi, which is enough to bring the appropriate HiDPI display capability.

The display still owns webcam, external speakers, three USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 ports, 5 Gbps bandwidth. LG UltraFine 5K 27MD5KL has been priced at $1299.95 and it can be purchased through Amazon and Bhphotovideo online stores.
