The LG Tone Free FP8 (DFP8Ws) is the latest generation of Bluetooth wireless earbuds that come with their own UV emitting charging case for an “auto-cleaning” function. The LG headphones have announced the price and availability of these new wireless Bluetooth earbuds believed to repel bacteria in the United States.
LG has now released the latest version of its Tone Free TWS to the US market. These Bluetooth wireless headphones peripherals are distinguished by the UVnano technology integrated into their charging cases which, as the OEM claims, eliminates up to 99.9% of all bacteria present in the earbuds when they have turned on again.
The LG FP8 is also co-branded by Meridian Audio (as with their predecessors ), giving the devices additional features such as the spatial processing of the headphones and the 3D Sound Stage system from this audio specialist.
Each earbud also has 3 microphones for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which apparently target low-frequency noises that may pass through their medical-grade gel tips.
LG also highlights another unusual feature of the FP8: Whispering Mode which allows the user to remove the right earpiece and use it as a dedicated microphone during calls to improve clarity, privacy, and security. The company also indicated that it has new 2021 siblings, the FP5 and FP9, which will also be available in the country soon.
