LG Q70 With 6.4-inch FHD+ Display, Triple Rear Camera, SD 675 Launched

After the launch of the Stylo 5 in US, LG phones has now announced the LG Q70 smartphone in Korea. The device the successor of Q60 that was introduced at the MWC earlier this year along with the LG K40. It is a mid-range device comes with a 6.4-inch Full Vision display, 4GB RAM, Triple Rear Cameras and fingerprint sensor.

Price and Availability

The LG Q70 price in Korea has been set at 5,48,900 Won – approximately $453 for the sole 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version. The device will go on sale in Korea starting from September 6th and comes in Mirror Black color options.

The LG Q70 features a 6.4-inch Full Vision display with FHD+ (2310 x 1080 pixels) resolution, and 18:5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 675 Mobile Platform with Adreno 612 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It packs a 64GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 2TB.

On the camera front, the Q70 bears a 32-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, along with a 13-megapixel 120-degree ultra-wide lens and a 5-megapixel depth-sensing camera for portrait shots. For selfie, the device has a punch-hole display, which houses a 16-megapixel camera.

The LG Q70 has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, a glass back, metal frame, Hi-Fi Quad DAC and is MIL-STD-810G compliant that can withstand impact, vibration, high temperature, low temperature, thermal shock, and humidity, features DTS: X 3D Cinema Sound and has a dedicated Google Assistant button.

The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and supports dual SIM slot with dual standby. For connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C. The device measures 162.1×76.8×8.3mm and weigh 198 grams.
