LG announced a new smartphone in its K-Series called LG K7i in India, and the key feature of the device is its Mosquito Away Technology. The device comes with an additional rear cover that features a speaker that produces ultrasonic frequencies said to drive mosquitoes away.
The LG K7i with Mosquito Away Technology that will keep mosquitoes away by creating Ultrasonic noise inaudible to human with the Mosquito Away cover that has a separate hardware built into it. It also comes with a Mosquito Away Stand. You also get a normal back cover with the phone. LG claims that this is the first phone in the world to feature this technology.

The LG K7i features a 5.0-inch On-cell IPS display with FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) resolution and it is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and a 16GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.
On the camera front, the K7i flaunts an 8-megapixel primary autofocus camera LED flash. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calling. The device also comes equipped with a rear fingerprint sensor for more security.
The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and packs a 2500mAh battery under the hood. It supports dual SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, micro USB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options.
LG K7i Price in India
LG K7i price in India is Rs. 7990 – approximately $120 and it will be available across retail outlets in the country. The device will be made available in its Brown color with a metallic frame.
The company adds the K7i has no “harmful chemicals”, and neither were any used in developing it. The technology, which is enabled by the speaker on the additional rear cover, does not require any refills, LG adds.
