LG showed the latest versions of its ultra-thin and light Gram laptops at CES 2021 on the Tiger Lake site. New LG Gram 2021 can now be ordered from the US OEM website. The SKUs that can be purchased now are some of their 14, 16, and 17-inch variants, and their new 2-in-1 siblings will follow in March 2021.
LG has updated its line of new Gram laptops with 11th generation Intel Core processors with integrated Xe graphics and its very first 16-inch variant for 2021. LG Gram 16 PCs also feature a 16:10 aspect ratio display in addition to their point of sale with a very low mass.
However, only certain item numbers (SKUs) are currently online. These include the base 14-inch model, which has the Core i3-1115G4, 8 GB of RAM, and 256 GB SSD, and weighs 999 grams.
It is joined by its sibling i5-1135G7 / 8GB / 256GB, as well as the 16-inch i7-1165G7 / 16GB / 256GB and LG Gram 17 2021 17-inch i7-1165G7 / 16GB / 2TB.
LG also modernizing the chassis, DC charging port, for example, has been retired, instead, there is a second USB-C port for 65 watts USB-C Power Delivery, both USB-C ports are also Thunderbolt 4-capable thanks to the Tiger Lake chip.
