LG 32UP550-W 4K Monitor with USB Type-C for image display and laptop charging

LG has expanded its range of monitors with the announcement of the 32UP550-W 32 inch 4K monitor model with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels and AMD FreeSync technology.

The new LG 4K monitor claims 90% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, and the number of reproducible color shades reaches 1.07 billion. Horizontal and vertical viewing angles – up to 178 degrees.

The brightness of the 4K display is 350 cd/m2, and the 3000: 1 contrast ratio. The response time is 4 ms, and the refresh rate is only 60 Hz. The 60fps monitor comes with implemented AMD FreeSync technology, which is responsible for improving the smoothness of the gameplay and eliminating the effect of tearing in the frame.

The 4K UHD monitor is equipped with an asymmetrical USB Type-C port with the ability to transfer up to 96 W of energy: you can connect a laptop to this connector using a single cable.

There are two HDMI interfaces, a DisplayPort connector, a standard headphone jack, and a USB Type-A hub. Built-in MaxxAudio connects two 5W speakers.

The proprietary Black Stabilizer technology is mentioned, which provides sharper contrast, allowing you to see the darkest areas of the image. Blue Light Reduction and Flicker Safe are responsible for reducing eye strain in this new LG USB C monitor.
