Lexar has announced the new Professional CFexpress Type B USB 3.1 Reader, as the name suggests designed for use with Type B CFexpress card. The new card reader has a USB-C 3.1 interface and uses the USB3.1 Gen 2 standard at 10 Gb/s, so users can quickly upload images and raw 4K video, which helps speed up workflows.
The CFexpress USB 3.1 Reader also includes a USB Type-C to Type-A cable for easy port-to-port connection. It has a very compact, portable design, will easily slip in your pocket. Its simple plug-and-play design with USB 3.1 port makes it easy to offload content wherever you are quickly. For versatility, it’s backward compatible with USB Type B devices at USB Type B speeds.
