After the launch of the Lenovo Z6 Lite, and Z6 Pro a few months ago, Lenovo now has expanded its latest mid-range ‘Z series’ smartphone in China with the announcement of the Lenovo Z6. It is mid-range device comes with a 6.39-inch waterdrop notch display, up to 8GB RAM, Triple Rear Cameras and In-display fingerprint sensor.
Lenovo Z6 Price and Availability
The Lenovo Z6 price in China starts from CNY 1,899 – approximately $276 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version, CNY 2.099 – approximately $305 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, and the top-end 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs CNY 2.499 – approximately $363. It is now available for order and goes on sale in China from July and comes in Blue color only.
Lenovo Z6 Specifications
The Lenovo Z6 features a 6.39-inch OLED HDR10 Waterdrop notch display with FHD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution, DCI-P3 Color Gamut and 93.1% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor which supported by Snapdragon 730G Mobile Platform with Adreno 618 GPU and 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, expandable memory up to 512GB with microSD.
On the camera front, the Z6 bears a 24-megapixel primary camera with Sony IMX576 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, effective 1.8um pixel through four-in-one pixel binning, 8-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture for 2x loss-less zoom and up to 8x hybrid zoom, and a 5-megapixel depth sensing lens with f/2.4 aperture for portrait shots. For selfie, there is a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with AI beauty features.
The Lenovo Z6 has an in-display fingerprint scanner, a roll cage design, G2+ curved frame and uses ICM process as well as 10 layers of nano-scale coating creating a 3D dazzling effect on the back. The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie -based on ZUI 11 out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh battery and up to 18W fast charging. For connectivity includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, USB Type-C. The device measures 157 x 74.5 x 7.97mm and weighs 159 grams.
