Lenovo is expected to soon refreshed its Yoga 510 convertible laptop series, updating it with the new Intel Kaby Lake CPU – called Lenovo Yoga 520. New upgrade will offer a performance boost, thanks to Intel processors and its latest generation technologies. 
Lenovo Yoga 520 will come in two variants – a 14-inch (Yoga 520-14), and a 15.6-inch (Yoga 520-15), both have superior design, ultra-slim frames and three different colors such as Mineral Grey, Onyx Black and Metallic Gold.
The design seems to be based on the Yoga 700-Series, but roughly similar in size to the current models. The Yoga 520 14-inch measuring 19.9 mm (Yoga 510 20.9 mm) and it has the same weight of 1.75 kg. We also find the fingerprint reader (optional) in the right corner of the palm rest, two stereo speakers from Harman Kardon and a 720p HD webcam with dual array microphones for noise cancellation. 
Coming to the Lenovo Yoga 520 specifications, both the models will be very similar, except for the size of the panel, which, in both cases will be Full-HD with support to the Active Pen. Inside it, we will find Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake processors, up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM and various storage options such as PCIe SSD up to 512GB, SATA hard drives up to 1TB and hybrids with 128GB PCIe SSD + 1TB SATA HDD. The 15.6-inch variant will also offer the possibility of installing AMD Radeon series graphics card.
The company has also improved the battery life with maximum operating time of 10 hours and comes with two USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, a 3.5 mm audio jack and a microSD card reader for memory expansion, in addition to the WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. 
At the moment there is no any news on Lenovo Yoga 520 prices, but we expect some more details at MWC 2017 which will be held on 27th February in Barcelona.
