Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 3 Thinnest Workstation now with LTE Support

While the other ThinkPads of the P series are being given major updates, the multimedia counterpart ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 3 only has minor updates. The biggest innovations of this generation: LTE-A and Wi-Fi-6 are now available to pre-order on the Bhphoto store.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme workstation laptop is without a doubt one of the most important new additions to the ThinkPad brand in recent years. It was created to compete with laptops like the Dell XPS 15. The Lenovo X1 Extreme can be broken down to the simple formula: thin case, powerful components.

The thinnest mobile workstation hit the market first in 2018. There was a small refresh last year and the third generation of Lenovo X1 Extreme Gen 3, will only be a comparatively small update. Nothing changed in the design.

The workstation also supports rapid-charging technology delivers a 0-80% battery charge in just an hour. It is also tested against 12 military-grade requirements and more than 200 quality checks to ensure they run in extreme conditions.
