Lenovo ThinkVision E29w-20 UltraWide monitor with 90 Hz

With ThinkVision E29w-20, the manufacturer brings a new wide Lenovo screen monitor that relies on a 29 inch large IPS panel with UWFHD resolution (2560 x 1080 pixels, 21: 9) and a maximum refresh rate of 90 Hz.

The 1080p monitor has a contrast ratio of 1000: 1, the typical brightness is 300 cd/m², the color depth of 8 bit (6 bit + FRC ), and the response time 4 to 6 ms (gray to gray). The datasheet also promises 99 percent sRGB. The wide monitor also includes two internal 3-watt speakers and FreeSync as anti-tearing technology, which will probably lack LFC (“Low Framerate Compensation”).

On the connection side, the new Lenovo ThinkVision monitor features DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 1.4, and a headphone output. On the ergonomic side, rotation, inclination, height adjustment, VESA mounting (100 x 100 mm), and blue light filtering are available. The Lenovo ThinkVision E29w-20 consumes 36 watts in operation and weighs 4.4 kg without a stand.
