Lenovo A5 With 5.45-inch 18:9 Display, 3GB RAM, Fingerprint Sensor Launched

Along with the Z5, and K5 Note, Lenovo also announced the entry-level affordable Lenovo A5 smartphone in China. It comes with a 5.45-inch 18:9 display with HD+ resolution, Android 8.1 Oreo, and fingerprint sensor on the back panel.

The Lenovo A5 price in China has been set at CNY 599 – approximately $93 and it comes in Black, Gold and Rose Gold color options.

The Lenovo A5 features a 5.45-inch 2.5D curved glass display with HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) resolution, and 18:9 aspect ratio. It comes with a metal-like finish polycarbonate body and powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor which supported by MediaTek MT6739 64-bit SoC paired with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. It packs 3GB of RAM with 16GB / 32GB of native storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.

On the camera front, the A5 bears a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. For selfie, there is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with a f/2.2 aperture to capture wide group selfies. The Lenovo A5 also features a rear fingerprint sensor and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with ZUI 3.9 Lite, It packs a massive 4000mAh battery and supports dual SIM slot with dual standby. For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, and USB 2.0. The device measures 158.3 × 76.7 × 8.5mm and weighs 176 grams.
