Leica M10-R Digital Rangefinder Camera Introduced: Pre-Order and More

As expected, Leica Camera AG has unveiled the Leica M10-R digital rangefinder camera. According to the manufacturer, the full-frame camera uses a “newly developed sensor” with a resolution of more than 40 megapixels, which is significantly more than the M10 model, which was announced back in 2017.

High resolution and the absence of a smoothing filter allows you to reproduce the smallest details, making the M10-R well suited for landscape and architectural photography.

The available ISO sensitivity is ISO 100 and goes up to ISO 50000. The Leica M10-R is equipped with the same shutter as the Leica M10-P. It is not only exceptionally quiet but also operates with minimal vibration. This reduces the risk of camera shake. The maximum exposure time is increased to 16 minutes, which allows you to take night pictures using a tripod.

The range finder camera is equipped with an optical viewfinder with a magnification of 0.73x, a 3.0-inch display with a resolution of 1.036 million points, Wi-Fi 802.11n, and a slot for SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory cards.
