LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2 Launched: Price and Specifications

LeEco (LeTV), expanding its high-end Le series of smartphones, has launched the LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2 at a special media event held in Beijing, China. All three smartphones are quite strong in configurations and all new CDLA (Continual Digital Lossless Audio) technology for the standard sound quality.

LeEco Le 2

The LeEco Le 2 smartphone feature a 5.5-inch LCD IPS display with Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. It is powered by 64-bit MediaTek Helio X20 deca-core processor along with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB of internal storage that also supports microsd card to expand more memory. The handset bears a 16-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with PDAF and dual LED flash light, while an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 1.4μm large pixel to capture stunning selfie and video calling.

On the connectivity front, Le 2 includes dual SIM 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB Type-C port. It pakcs in 3000 mA battery with fast charging technology. LeEco Le 2 price around RMB 1099 – approximately $170.

LeEco Le 2 Pro

Notably, the LeEco Le 2 Pro also share same specifications as Le 2, with the difference being the Le 2 Pro comes with 4GB of RAM; 32GB of native storage with expandable microsd card slot and powered by slightly higher 64-bit MediaTek Helio X25 deca-core processor.

Le 2 Pro sport a 21-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor and dual LED flash, while there is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. Meanwhile other specifications are same as the Le 2. LeEco Le 2 Pro price about RMB 1499 – approximately $232.

LeEco Le Max 2

LeEco Le Max 2 on the other hand, includes a larger 5.7-inch IPS LCD display alongside higher 2K 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution that can convey a higher pixel density. The handset is powered by the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 is accompanies a faster clock rate. It also comes with a powerful 6GB of RAM which implies it will be more proficient for multitasking and 64GB of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded via microSD card.

The Le Max 2 flaunts a 21-megapixel autofocus camera with Optical image stabilization, 6P Lens, f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flash. There is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calling. The Le Max 2 also features the new Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor from Qualcomm.

On the connectivity front, includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, and USB Type-C port. It packs a 3100mAh battery with dual-PD QC 3.0 fast charging technology.

All three LeEco smartphones sport a Fingerprint sensor on the back panel, runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EUI on top of it and prevent to use 3.5mm audio jack options.
