The latest Sony wireless earbuds WF-C510 is designed to impress with its strong price-to-performance ratio. Upcoming Sony earphones will cost $59.99 only and still support Bluetooth Multipoint, an equalizer, and Sony’s DSEE technology.
The latest Sony WF-C510 wireless earbuds for the entry-level segment are here, and they come with a smaller housing for increased comfort. The earbuds and charging case have both shrunk. The case’s elongated shape allows it to fit comfortably in trouser pockets.
Despite the smaller housing, Sony increased the battery life to 11 alone or 22 hours with the charging case. Charging is via USB-C. Sony’s upcoming earphones are IPX4 certified, offering protection against sweat and rain. Sony does not offer active noise cancellation (ANC), but at least provides a transparency mode, including the option to amplify voices but not other sounds. The sound can be adjusted to your preferences using an equalizer in the Sony Headphones Connect app.

Sony uses relatively small dynamic drivers with a diameter of 6 millimeters, but well-balanced tuning and Sony’s Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) should still produce a solid sound. You control playback and volume by touch, and Spotify Tap lets you resume Spotify without opening the app. Bluetooth Multipoint allows you to connect to two devices at the same time.

The latest Sony wireless earbuds WF-C510 true wireless earphones can already be pre-ordered on Amazon.com for $59.99 and will be released on September 2nd. for UK users, Amazon.co.uk also offering it for £54.99 and will be released on August 30, 2024. It comes in Blue, Yellow, White, or Black color options.
