Venus Optics has released two new cinema lenses: the Laowa 65mm T2.9 2X Super 35 Macro APO Cine and the 100mm T2.9 2X Full Frame Macro APO Cine.
Laowa 65mm T2.9 2x Macro APO Cine
According to the manufacturer, this is the world’s first 2x macro video lens on Super35 sensors with a minimum focusing distance of 7 cm.
This lens has received high optical performance. Thanks to the APO design, chromatic aberrations are kept to a minimum. It ensures high image quality and contrast. The focus ring provides a smooth 249° rotation.
