Land Rover Explore Android Rugged Smartphone With Modular Design Announced

Land Rover Explore is powered by a Deca-core 2.6 GHz processor with Helio X27 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage with microSD card support. For optics, there is a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for selfie. The device packs a 4000mAh battery and running Android 7 Nougat OS. It has a 5.0-inch FHD touch screen display and also supports 2 SIM card slots.

Besides the durable design, the Explore also features a modular design like the Moto Z, which allows users to add more accessories to extend the functionality. The Adventure Pack, for example, includes a 3600mAh battery and a 25mm ceramic antenna for GPS tracking. The module connects with the magnet and when the Adventure Pack is attached, the battery capacity will increase up to 7600mAh and the ability to GPS positioning will be improved thanks to a stronger signal.
