Kingston DataTraveler Max USB stick with USB 3.2 Gen2, fast up to 1,000 MB/s

With the DataTraveler Max, Kingston has introduced a particularly fast mini PC USB stick. Thanks to the USB 3.2 Gen2 standard, data transfer rates of up to 1,000 MB/s should be possible. It is available in three storage sizes up to 1 TB.

Kingston recently introduced a super-fast USB memory stick. The Kingston DataTraveler Max benefits from the new USB 3.2 Gen2 standard and enables particularly fast data transfer rates. The manufacturer speaks of up to 1,000 MB/s read speed and 900 MB/s write speed.

It is connected to a PC, notebook, or Mac via USB-C. The connection is secured with a convenient one-hand slide lock. In addition, the Kingston DataTraveler Max offers an LTE status display and a keyring loop. The stick weighs just 12 grams and has dimensions of 82 x 22 x 9 mm. According to Kingston, compatibility is given with Windows 10.8.1, macOS 10.14, Linux 2.6.x, and Chome OS.
