JBL has officially announced three new variants of the Everest GA headphones at CES 2018 in Las Vegas that integrates the digital assistant of the company of Mountain View Google Assistant. The models: JBL Everest 710GA, 310GA, and 110GA, combine the classic JBL Pro Audio Sound quality with the features offered directly by Google Assistant.
Thanks to the Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity, new JBL Everest GA headphones can be used both to have full control of their music experience, and for the management of notifications through the use of voice commands without having to necessarily look at your smartphone or tablet.
According to the company, the power consumption of the headphones allows a continuous music playback that goes from 8 to 25 hours with only one recharge depending on the model chosen. All three headphones also support a fast-charging via micro-USB cable.
JBL explains that the Everest GA headphones are designed specifically to eliminate the pressure on the ear pads thanks to a specially curved band in the on-ear and around-ear models. The same bearings are also made of lightweight materials and memory foam that improve the wearability with prolonged use.
The JBL Everest 710GA has been priced at $249.95, Everest 310GA will cost $199.95 and $99.95 for Everest 110GA and all three will be available on JBL store and at select retailers starting spring 2018.
