Jabra announced Jabra Elite 65t, Elite Active 65t, and Elite 45e during at the CES 2018 in Las Vegas. All three new Bluetooth headphones powered by an integrated battery, two standard true wireless earbuds and one is a neckband-styled headphones. The name was given to the product also reveals its intended use: it is a solution developed for those who practice physical activity.
Jabra Elite 65t and Jabra Elite Active 65t – both earbuds are also water resistant – represent a successor of Elite Sport, while the third model, Elite 45e, changes the shape by opting for a support with a neckband.
With the first two earbuds, Jabra focused particularly on design, more comfortable than previous models, while improving battery life and performance. In addition, both offer integrated voice support for digital assistants such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri.
The battery should offer up to 5 hours of playback on a single charge, and thanks to the built-in battery in the case so you can get more extra charges without the need of any additional connections to the power outlet.
The main difference between the Elite 65t and Elite Active 65t lies in the latter model’s inclusion of an integrated accelerometer, which makes it ideal for fitness-oriented applications, and it’s also IP56 water resistance. Finally, Jabra Elite 45e uses a neckband form factor with multimedia controls integrated on the cable.
All three models are compatible with the Jabra Sound+ App that gives users more control over the music stored on their device.
