Instagram has launched a new app called Boomerang used to create a short video clip up to 1 second and fun with it, this new app will give tough competition to Live Photos on iPhone or 6s or HTZ Zoe app. User can use Boomerang app create great 1-sec animation fun like GIF and also able to upload it on Instagram or Facebook, video at up Instagram will run continuously as a GIF file. Boomerang is a free app, but unfortunately only support for iOS and user can download it from the App Store.

How to create one-second video on Boomerang?, you just need to open this app first, press the shoot button, app will automatically record 1-second clip, user also has options to choose front and rear camera, for sharing there are Instagram app and Facebook tab to share instantly.

On this Boomerang app, Instagram said, “Boomerang” is a new video application “that lets you turn everyday moments into something fun and unexpected,” also add “Capture a friend jumping off a diving board, defying physics as she flies back and forth through the air. Transform an ordinary selfie with your friends into a funny video. Get that exact moment your friend blows out his birthday candles, then watch them come back to life again and again.”
Boomerang takes a burst of photos and stitches them together into a high-quality mini video that plays forward and backward, Instagram said.
