Apple is preparing to ship new iMac Pro was announced back in June this year, but all details are still unknown. Among the aspects that have not yet been adequately addressed the presence of the A10 Fusion chip.
According to Jonathan Levin, a reverse engineer, after analyzing macOS code. The A10 Fusion chip is the “heart” of the iPhone 7, but the new iMac Pro will play – it is unclear whether in complete form or in a deprecated variation – the coprocessor function to perform certain macOS security features and to introduce (for the first time on a desktop) Siri support in the always-on mode.
Thanks to the A10 Fusion chip, Apple’s voice assistant will always be on even the iMac Pro turned off. Developer Guilherme Rambo identified the reference to “Hey Siri” while he was examining BridgeOS 2.0, the embedded operating system that will handle the new A10 Fusion chip.

Cupertino’s home may have chosen to start using the A-series chips on the top model of the iMac line and extend its integration to other models in the range. More details about the “Hey Siri” feature for Mac will likely be widespread with the marketing of the iMac Pro, expected by the end of the year.
