iFi iPower Elite: Great DC Power Supply for High-End Audio Adapter

iFi Audio has introduced a high-end DC power supply model called iPower Elite, which will be the Hi Fi version of iPower and iPower X with higher capacity and more technology.

iFi Power Elite will have 4 different voltage versions including 5V / 5A, 12V / 4A, 15V / 3.5A, 24V / 2.5A. What is easily recognizable is that the power level is much higher than the iPower X version and there is also a 24V version.

iPower Elite will be equipped with Active Noise Canceling technology to help reduce noise introduced by the company much lower than Linear and on par with Audiophile battery-powered sources, power noise is always lower than 1 μV ( 0.000001 V). The product will also automatically change the switching frequency to match the device’s power consumption to help reduce background noise on the device better.

One interesting feature of iPower Elite is that the power supply when the device is powered on can accelerate the power supply capacity by up to 30%. Inside the iPower will also have an IC chip to manage operating modes from a boost for efficient management of power consumption and or standby.

The DC output power cord uses oxygen-free high conduction copper (oxygen-free high conduction copper). High-end components such as Aluminum Polymer capacitors with high capacitance, low leakage current transformer in medical equipment standard, MOSFET circuit system. The shell uses standard aviation 6003 aluminum with a grille and anti-vibration for the source.

The dimensions of iFi iPower Elite 148 × 55 × 50 mm, weight 550g, and jack tip 5.5mm outside and inside 2.1mm.
