Hyve Storm Price, Specifications and Avavibility

Along with the high-end Hyve Buzz smartphone, Hyve Mobility also announced the budget handset named Hyve Storm smartphone in India. It also features dual SIM 4G LTE and 13MP camera sensor. Hyve Storm price in India is just Rs 8,499 and is available in Mystic Grey and Snow White color variants. It is now available for purchase via Amazon India e-commerce online store. 

Hyve Storm Specifications

The handset features a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution that can convey a pixel density of 294ppi and MiraVision technology with sRGB and better sunlight viewing. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that is fueled by MediaTek MT6735A 64-bit chipset clubbed with Mali-T720 GPU. It packs in 2GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage, which can also be further expanded up to 80GB with the help of microSD card.

For imaging capabilities, the device comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with Samsung ISOCELL Sensor, Phase Detection Auto-Focus (PDAF) and LED flash. It can record 1080p video at 30fps with HDR feature. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with wide angle lens for better selfies and video calling. The Storm is also features a Metal Bezel Design with 8.7 mm thickness.

The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box and it is also upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS in the near future. It comes with a 2000mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 14 hours of talk-time and up to 240 hours of standby time on 4G network.

On the connectivity front, it supports Dual SIM with 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, MicroUSB 2.0, a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio options. It measures 142.5 x 71.44 x 8.7 mm and weighs around 160 grams.
